الدكتور مارتن سبراجون، هو أستاذ تقدمي في إدارة الإستراتيجية والابتكار، ويتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 30 عامًا في الصناعة الدولية والخبرة الاستشارية في جميع أنحاء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وأوروبا والأمريكتين. وبعد أن شغل منصب عميد كلية الأعمال وإدارة الجودة في جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية، والعميد المشارك للشؤون الأكاديمية في كلية محمد بن راشد للإدارة الحكومية، ومدير التعليم التنفيذي في الجامعة الأمريكية في الشارقة، تولى منصب مدير قسم شراكات البحث العلمي في أكاديمية ربدان. يتخصص البروفيسور سبراجون في الحوكمة والاستراتيجية والابتكار والإبداع والاستدامة والتفكير التصميمي وكذلك في القيادة المبنية على الذكاء العاطفي والتعليم. وقد شارك في تصميم وتطوير وتقديم وإدارة برامج التعليم التنفيذي وتنمية المهارات القيادية على مدى السنوات العشرين الماضية في القطاعين العام والخاص في الأمريكتين الشمالية والوسطى وأوروبا والإمارات العربية المتحدة. وهو متحدث منتظم في مؤتمرات حول الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنية البلوك تشين (Blockchain) والاستراتيجية والقيادة. شارك الدكتور سبراجون في تأليف كتابين مع بالجريف ماكميلان وروتليدج ونشر أكثر من 100 مقالة علمية ودراسة حالة تمت مراجعتها من قبل الأقران حول حوكمة الشركات، وإدارة الرعاية الصحية، والابتكار وإدارة المعرفة، واللعب في السياق المؤسسي، والشركات العائلية، والقيادة الأصيلة، والتعويضات التنفيذية وعمليات الدمج والاستحواذ.
